Domestic Shipping

Shipping and handling costs may vary depending on the product, rates provided by our shipping carriers, and promotions on the store page.

Please be careful and double-check that you’ve added the correct address. If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of a wrong address, or if the package is unclaimed, it will be returned to the facility. Customers are responsible for reshipment costs.

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but is typically 3-4 business days.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns & Exchanges

We don’t offer returns or exchanges. Our products are manufactured individually for each order, so we don’t offer returns for buyer’s remorse or products ordered in the wrong size. If there’s something wrong with your order, please refer to the Damaged or Faulty Goods section below.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

All our orders go through a 3-step quality check before they are shipped out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through quality control, we’ll provide a free replacement.

To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@alldistric.co within 10 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
